 les are small\, place-and/or affinity-based groups designed to build commu
 nity around shared goals of divesting from companies that fuel genocide\, 
 apartheid\, and occupation\, and investing in what our communities truly n
 eed and deserve.\n\nWe’re excited to launch a new website with accessibl
 e resources and inspiring stories to support you and your community in mov
 ing money towards collective freedom. After the launch event\, regular off
 ice hours will be offered to access continued support as you embark on you

 stained\, permanent ceasefire in Gaza and a US-Israel arms embargo have am
 plified in the last year\, there’s an ongoing need to open up a variety 
 of pathways for everyday people to take action in support of Palestinian f
 reedom. In the US and globally\, millions of people have filled the street
 s\, challenged elected officials\, participated in boycotts\, built encamp
 ments\, and advanced many other tactics focused on state and corporate pow
 er.\n\nDivesting as individuals and institutions is another critical tool 
 in our toolbox. We believe there are opportunities to further activate peo
 ple across class\, geography\, and organizational affiliation to build eco
 nomic power against harmful systems and in support of collective freedom.\
 n\nWith support from an accessible landing page that includes resources an
 d inspiring stories\, and regular office hours\, circle members will have 
 an opportunity to:\n- Map their personal and organizational/institutional 
 relationships to corporations and financial institutions fueling genocide\
 , apartheid and occupation\;\n- Learn about alternatives to existing finan
 cial institutions to meet their banking and investment (including retireme
 nt!) needs\;\n- Be introduced to and actively participate in campaigns foc
 using on specific financial actors in their geography\;\n- Explore and pra
 ctice a spectrum of personal to collective actions towards redirecting cap
 ital to be in better alignment with their values\;\n- Receive peer-to-peer
  and expert technical support across the course of their Divest/Invest jou
 rney\;\n- Document and share their story to inspire others to act.
