Big Blue Button/Community Bridge is an open-source, privacy-focused video conferencing application. I stopped hosting meetings on Zoom due to concerns about their privacy policy and corporate, profit-above-all-else ethos.

This platform is quite easy to use as well, just enter the access code and make sure, when prompted after joining the call, to give permissions to your browser for your microphone and video camera.
